How do I reserve a bounce house?

Why rent a bounce house?

Bounce houses are the perfect form of entertainment for children and adults at social gatherings, such as birthday parties, picnics, and cookouts. Children often get bored without some form of entertainment. Bounce houses are sure to please every age group and it is a perfect way to keep children occupied while being able to watch them at the same time. Bounce house rental is an affordable option.

What are the health benefits for my child?

Bounce houses are a healthy form of entertainment. They promote physical activity outdoors, instead of the ever popular video game-playing indoors. Jumping is a form of exercise, which strengthens bone density, and the muscles. Jumping on an inflatable promotes flexibility and may increase your child’s coordination. Playing on an inflatable is just plain fun for kids, and as an added benefit, they get cardio exercise.

Will the inflatable be set up for me?

Our trained staff will set up your inflatable for you and come back after your event to pick it up. Our goal is to have the rented inflatable set up for you at least 30minutes prior to your event, so that we are not in the way as your company arrives. We will be in contact to schedule a set up time in advance.

Can the inflatable be setup indoors?

Yes the units can be setup indoors providing you have adequate ceiling clearance.

Will I need to sign a waiver?

You will need to sign a waiver stating that we are not liable for any injuries or expenses that arise from participating in these activities. Included in the waiver is an agreement between both parties that you will not exceed the maximum weight limit. Also, you agree that no food, drinks, gum, or candy will be brought on the inflatable. Silly string is strictly prohibited from being within 15 feet of the inflatable, as it causes irreparable damage to the fabric.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel a rental, it is necessary to do so a week in advance. If a cancellation is not made a week in advance, the deposit will be forfeited. The only exception is inclement weather. If you must cancel due to weather, we completely understand, as it cannot be predicted. In this case, your entire deposit will be refunded.

Is a deposit required?

Yes.  A $50 deposit is required and will be used toward the purchase of your rental.  This serves as insurance for both parties involved, assuring you are committing to the rental and also assuring that the rental will be secured for your event and delivered on time.

What certifications do you have?

Our staff is certified and trained by the Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization.

Are your inflatables sanitized?

Yes our inflatables are cleaned and sanitized after every use using a product called Matt-Kleen.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and credit cards.

Is sales tax included?

No, an additional 8% sales tax will be added on to the total of rental(s) price.
