How to contact us?
Simply call 843-230-4124 or click on the Contact Us link above. We will need to know the units you are interested in, the date of your event and the hours of your event. We will confirm availability of the requested unit(s), give you a price quote and answer any questions you may have.
How do I reserve a unit?
Units can be reserved with a credit/debit card or a 50% cash/check deposit.
Do you deliver and set up the unit(s)?
Delivery and set up is always free to Florence and Darlington addresses. Reasonable delivery fees apply to surrounding areas. Contact us with the delivery address and we will give you a delivery quote. Some units weigh in excess of 300 pounds and require caution when transporting and setting up the unit. All of our delivery personnel are trained in safety and the correct procedures for setting up and operating the equipment. The set up area will need to be clean of any materials that could cause harm (sharp objects, rocks, etc.) to any equipment. Also, alert us of any items in the area, such as sprinkler systems that could be damaged by the equipment. Our goal is to have your unit set up at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your event. We will arrange a time to return for pick-up after your event.
Do you supply attendants?
Yes, we supply an attendant at a charge of $15 per hour. If you would like an attendant, please let us know when you contact us. Attendants do use whistles or other signaling devices during an event. If we are not supplying an attendant for your event we will need an adult present at the time of delivery to review certain safety procedures for operating the equipment.
What are the power requirements?
Each unit requires a 20-amp circuit for operation. No other items can be plugged into the same circuit. We will furnish an 80' extension cord, so the unit will need to be within 80' of a power supply. If a power supply is not within 80', we can supply a generator at a charge of $50.
What if there are damages?
The customer is responsible for any damages to the unit and cleaning charges due to misuse of the equipment (food, gum, rocks, etc.). Someone should be with the unit until time of pickup to avoid any problems. Silly string is not allowed in or around any of the units. Silly string causes irreversible damage to any inflatable.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not charge cancellation fees due to inclement weather. You must contact us at least 4 hours prior to the start of your event to cancel due to weather. Inclement weather includes, but is not limited, to: rain, lightning, winds in excess of 15 mph. 4 Monkeys has the right to make the final decision on questionable weather.
For cancellations not related to inclement weather, we must receive 1 week's notice. If cancellation is received within 7 days of the event a $35 cancellation fee will be charged.
